DM800HD Clone Stop Working

My Clone DreamBox 800HD PVR stop working. Front display is completely blank. Unplagged and re-plugged power cord, but result is same. Nothing is working. Pressing front power button does not do anything either.

Opened the Dreambox to check it out. When I plug the power cord having the DM800HD PVR opened, I found following:
- tiny audible noise
- cooling fan is not moving/working
- the light at the back for eithernet connection lits up
- other than these, nothing is working.

change your 12v power adapter for a new one.

umplug the power cord from the back and reconnect it quickly repeatedly and see if you have any signs of life
