horizontal not working on dm0800hd

I am having difficulty getting horizontal channels working on dreambox...sometimes they come on but when i switch to another channel and back again the channel goes off..

Does anyone have any idea how to fix?

Same happened to me.I had to replace LNB.Works perfectly
