faulty genuiene dm800 hd

hi all

i have my friends dm800.

it was working brill, i just unplugged it one night went to plug it in the next and nothing happens execpt::

were the ethernet cable plugs in the 2 lights light up and stay and nothing on the front screen, thats all that happens to the box.

has anybody had the same experience or any idea what could be wrong??

sounds like it needs a reflash did ya power down the box correctly or just unplug like most people do as i noticed this ~~~~s them up and needs reflashing after a while of doing so my sister was always at it
