hey guys. anyone had any dealings with drea****store lately ? bought a box about 6 weeks ago. having some probs. have to re-scan my channels every few days. phone goes straight to voicemail. no reply to e-mails. feeling like i bought a lemon. any advice or info greatly received. thanks. alex.

unfortunatley you bought your box off a thief, open the box up and make sure that the tuner is pushed fully in the slot on the main board,regards mdt
