dm800hd booting and searching problems

My new dm800hd will not boot. It goes into a loop. interrupting and starting again and again. But with no power through the night it boot the next day - but only once. Perhaps some capacitors charges out through the night ??

Next problem is scanning four satellites. I have strong signals from all. Get half of the services from the first (0,8W) and nothing from the three others.

I have put in the newest satellite.xml, I have also flashed ssl84B.
Got the same result with another image.

Is it time to send it back to China?

It sounds like a heating problem.
Check for any damaged capacitors.

Also fix a laptop CPU fan inside or a laptop fan outside.
This should cool down your box for sorting the tuning problem.

Also check that the power supply has no damaged parts.
Best use 1.3 Amp 12 volt output
