DM 800 hd hangs

Hi all, I have a 800 HD clone which I tried to uppgrade the ssl from #76 to #84 via the web interface bur on reboot it hangs on "Dream multimedia", I have tried using Dreamup without success (when I push flash and choose the file it says "file too big")
Enyone have any tips or tricks I can try or is the box dead?

when i updated the bootloader i did 84a then rebooted the box then 84b again reboot the box then install new image

Thanks for your reply but mine wont boot after I flashed the box with 84A, it freeze and show "Dream multimedia" in the display.

have you tried dreamup patched with the repair or enforcer

Yeah, I have tried that Dreamup and it says "file too big" when trying to flash

you could try a sim upgrade
don't know if this is the cheapest but look here
