Tuner locking problem

Help !!!!

Dm800hd was working fine until I installed a 250 GB HD turned back on and it wouldn't tune to any channels.

So I tried a retune and it came back with 0 channels.
Downloaded and installed a new satellite xml file, still nothing.
Checked in satfinder and it was reading :

under manual transponder
SNR 0
AGC 0
BER 0
lock unticked

If I move it to predefined transponder it shows

SNR 100
AGC 96
BER 0
lock ticked

here's where it goes really weird
I go back to manual transponder and it shows
SNR 93
AGC 96
BER 0
lock ticked

Try an auto scan and nothing comes back. If I exit satfinder and then go back in everything is 0% again.

I'm pretty much a newbie so would appreciate any help anyone can offer.

it could be a dry joint on the main board, i hav a dm800 box that if i press dwn on the tuner it work, what seems to happen with some of these boxes, is if u turn them off and they cool down, it can cause a solder joint to come loose or crack, u could try using a hot air gun or a very hot hair dryer, small bits at a time, or it could even be the tuner faulty, they only way to no is to try in a different box
