Remote control issue

Hi mates,
Since long time ago, I have problems with my Remote control unit.
It works quite well right after I plug in my clone 800hd version.In some hours, it begins to zap slowly and then, when you switch into one HD channel, it get stuck definitely.
Therefore, I need to control the set thru web remote or mobile phone access.
This issue happens since the begining.The rest of options work OK in my clone.In an hour or so, the remote control its ok again for a while.
I already changed the RC unit and the problem remains.I changed the front pannel of the DM800 where is the receiver of the remote control unit and the problems is there.

Is there any body that give a tip to solve the problem?

Hi,
Am new to the forum. I've had my dm800 clone for a few years now, no problems until a few months ago. One day the remote works fine, the next it takes about 100 presses to work, I originally thought it was the remote so purchased another. The same problem was there again, any ideas??
I coped with it for a while but now want to throw it against the wall every time it happens!
