hi have dreambox 800se my problem is with the tuner cant get all my sky channels only downloading 499 channelswhen i should be about 1000 is it a faulty tuner or is the somwhere you cant fix the tuner with software thats on the boxhope someone can help thank you

Think that might be a faulty LNB mate, looks like your only able to scan vertical OR horizontal beams when it should be scanning both. Try and check by connecting to a mates dish.

Just try and rule everything else out before spending your cash mate! If you feel you have then fair enough go for it.
