instal Tspanel then look for plugin

i am not sure you can put tspanel on that image so scroll to plugins then click download plugins

Hi Nobby,

I've got the same problem. My EPG has been working perfectly for months but a few days ago it was only showing on certain channels and now I've got nothing.
I download it from the blue button and thro crossepg but nothing shows.
I've re-started enigma2 and done all the usual stuff.
I'm wondering is there a problem with Rytec.
I've tried re-flashing my image without success.
I'm "glad" (if thats the right word) that someone else is having problems as that leads me to believe there is a bigger epg problem than just my box.
I'm going to try another image tonight and see how that goes.

I've got a clone with blackhole image.
Used rytec for 2 years without any problems.
However now cannot get any data to download, no joy for past 5 days.

Hi,

I've tried 3 different images now and still no joy on the epg.
The epg downloads and I can see it in DCC but it just won't show on the box.
Very frustrating but I'm gonna keep plugging away to see if I can get it going.

use a image with tspanel on it and download crossepg and cooltvguide or go to menu plugins download plugins and look for them there

Hi Nobby,

Yeah i managed to sort it.
After trying 3 or 4 other images i went back to my original image "blackhole enigma2" (i found it the easiest to use) and tried again from scratch.
I found that even tho i configured crossepg to download to the usb memory stick it was going to my NAS drive.
I went into my network settings on the DM and found my NAS & it had "use as replacement hdd" ticked. I unticked that box and cut the epg.dat file from the NAS and pasted it in the usb crossepg folder & in the root of the drive and all has been working for a week now.
I don't know why it stopped as I hadn't changed any settings before it stopped.
I seem to need the epg.dat file in the crossepg folder AND in the root of the usb drive. Not sure if that is the same for everybody but when i copied the epg.dat file in both places the epg would show no problem.
I have also stopped the daily download and not enabled any download from crossepg and it still seems to be downloading (not sure how this works but it does) as i switch it to standby every night and find it on in the morning.
As I've said all has been working for a week or so now and i'm glad its back.
One good thing is the more you do with these boxes the better you get at working these things out through trial and error.
If i can be of any help and answer any questions let me know.

carnt get any to work here coolman guide comes up error and rytec still no good

Coolmantv didn't work for me either, it always said i was missing a line in the download file.
crossepg is the one you want and go from there
