DM800HD - No Channel/Signal

Im trying to configure my DM800HD (official) after a couple of years of it being offline. Ive connected the the sat cable (which works fine tested with a sky box) and set tuner to simple 28.2E but under sat finder there is no lock or SNR info etc.

Ive tried running a manul scan - it finds nothing, and ive trying uploading a premade bouquet which triggers the "tune failed" error.

Any ideas or suggestions? Its running 82 bootloader and Nabilosat E2 Black Hole v0.12 - do I need to update the tuner fw?

Try loading a new image.

You can try a new satellites.xml file
or entering a new transponder frequencies and scan manually.

In terms of a new satellites.xml file where would I download that?

The best image 4 me is Gemini try but problem signal is no software only hardware.
