Primetime not clearing

Hello peeps

I am trying to clear primetime on my dm800hd

I have manually tried scanning using 12523/H/27500
FEC - 2/3 which is the new frequency for pacquio fight on sat
8th dec 2013

It finds 14 new channels but i cant find these channels when i exit

Is there a way of saving after the scan and where can i find these 14 new channels?

clear on mine on those freq just checked

on the channel list its 1242 not primetime

The channel will not appear on your All List. You will require dreamboxedit to transfer the channel over to your box.

i will check channel 1242 on my all services list

1242 does not exist on my list

can sum1 kindly tell me if 14 channels have been found where do i check to see these 14 channels

i cant remember but there was a way to find new found services folder on the dreamboxes

Get your channel list up then press green for satellites.

its got astra new and when i click on that it shows no channels
