DM800HD SE signal problem

hello,

i've got a problem with my newly purchased dm800hd se. I can find only programs on vertical mode, on horizontal there is no signal?! But on dm500s it is working fine.

My settings on bcm4505: simple

Mode: DISEqC A/B
Port A: 19.2e
Port B: 13.0e

I tried some settings in advanced mode, but without success. Please help.

you dont need advanced mode m8, try looking in the lnb settings to make sure its set to 13v/18v,22khz auto and l.o.s. is 9.75/10.6 ect. you could also try removing the tuner and pushing it in again making sure its fully home in the board,regards mdt
