tune failed on dm800se

yesterday i received another dm800 se from china
i flashed it and downloaded bouquets. then nothing but tune failed,
i put tuner out another 800se in to it and all was working
so looks like tuner is faulty
i emailed ruby and she said to send tuner back and she will send a new tuner out
however when i looked at bottom of tuner to see what type it was nothing is printed on the bottom
i thought all tuner had the model printed on it

yes i put new tuner in my box and it was the same. just an handfull of channels working
posted it back to china yesterday, and its arrived today.
so hopefully they will send new one out asap
just wondering why it had no model number on the bottom
