no sound

Hello to you all .have slight problem with my box dm 800 hd, done a rescan this morning and when I had finished I have no sound, thanks in return for any help

have you tried pressing the audio button and maybe swapping the av cable?

i had this problem have you tried turning off from the mains and rebooting.

Hello guys and thanks for info ,boxerd fioxed done a shutdown and when turned on box working , happy guy now cheers

and just so u no, if u get no sound, sometimes if u shut down then tun back on u still get no sound, if that happens just pull the power without doing a shut down, i have had to do this a few times
