    Help tune failed

I have a clone dreambox 800 pvr on 4 satellites via diseq switch with Gemini image.

Ok the problem is I keep getting a tune failed on bbc,itv,c4 5 itv 2 3 +1 etc, somtimes comes on goes all pixily and tune failed comes on screen...on all other satellites great no problem, but 28 problems sky news working great all other free to air working great,( by the way 28 is on a quad lmb) but has been working until this week,ok this is what I did, unplugged diseq switch and attached just 28 east, still the same, put temporary cable tried that still the same, changed lmb still the same, rescan all channels still the same, upstairs on original sky box running off same quad lmb all channels perfect.im sure I haven't missed anything.
    Any ideas
    Thanks and regards

What kind of snr are you getting on the channels that have broke up?
Are you using usals, have you tried tweaking your long and lat?
Last thing manual scan and new set of bouquets.
