Dm800 no ca found

I have a dm800 showing no ca found I have sorted this in the past but not been familiar with dream boxes for some time now so forgot process gave tried patched dream up and also optiflasher still can't work this out any advice please

you are looking at 2 possibilities.

You have tried to install an original firmware into a clone box
Your sim card its on its way out

What kind of dm800 do you have?
Sim 1, Sim 2.01, Sim 2.10, Ferrari Sim?

you need to flash the correct bootlaoder first... then the image

i use this software NCF SIM2 v2.5 to install the bootloader first to fix ca error
