DM800 Image Invalid Error

apologies if this is the wrong section as im new to forums. i have a DM800HD and have been having problems when it boots up. Just hangs and does nothing

ive looked through various chats and have downloaded the NFI file 3.2.4 from the website.

when i connect to the box via browser and try to upload the new file i get an Image Invalid error,

is there something im doing wrog ?

hi what image are you trying to upload and what box do you have clone or original

you need to flash the correct bootloader first for your image
