Satellite XML file keeps disappearing

Hi

Hoping someone can help. I have a dm800 hd which previously was running on boot loader 76c but because I couldn't get into FTP as I didn't have access to username and password I decided to reflash. First I tried to install an image which was boot loader 84. I thought because box is sim201 it should be fine. The image flashed correctly put all the relevant plugins etc got it working. It worked for an hour and then everything goes off ie no picture. When I press tv and favourites there are no channels. Had a look in tuner config and my satellites had disappeared.

I thought it may be the image. Let me try image with boot loader 76a but the same thing has happened again.

Any ideas?? Hope someone has the answer to this.

Not saying that this is your answer gio65 but worth a shot as it may be down to bad flash, the image builders say that when you flash a new image don't reboot automatically via browser, when the flash is finished power off the box, leave it off for a minute the power it back on. Also flash the box first with the correct bootloader restart and then flash your image again then power off and on.
I have had this happen so try different images if you still have problems.
