Some FTA/Pay Channels freezing

Hi, I currently have a DM 800HD box and I have noticed lately that some channels have started freezing/glitching. It seems that it doesn't happen on every channel even on some channels like BBC News 24. It can range from slight glitching every few minutes to needing to change the channel and returning back to continue to watch. Any advice would be greatly appreciated as I am fairly new to this. I was thinking that it might be a tuner issue but am not very sure.

Right I am totally new to this and I apologise for breaking the rules with my very first post, I honestly didn't mean anything by it. I can't seem to find a list of mod's to contact so could any mod/administrator change the title of this thread to "Channels freezing on DM 800 HD" or something along those lines. What image are you using?

Using Enigma 2 [is that the image? ]. Seem to be having problems with the box for a few months, I changed the tuner about 3 months ago but I don't think it was the REV M tuner. I will have to open it up an check.

enigma isnt the image.. your image will be something like pli, black hole etc..

That's the image I had lots of problem with.

Install Dreambox uk image (make sure you get a clone friendly one) and make sure you get the right Boot loader too.

If you want the image I will try to up load it somewhere. Find out what Bootloader you are on (SSL84b the image is for). Make sure you have your sealion too.

i would discount image as the problem..

try another box on that dish if you can..

my first bet would be dish/lnb/cable problems
