Could not connect to dreambox

Hi,Guys i am trying to fix a dreambox 800 pvr for a friend who do not know any knowledge about it. After a software update box boots up stays in one channel cannot change.I want to flash new image but could not connect to box with network,null modem or crossover cable.i have tried dreamup,flashwizzerd nothing works.could anybody help me with a tipp how i could connect to box.

if the box boots up can you try to get it into flash mode

(apply power cable with on button held in)

I-p address is then on screen with "stop" printed

No.when i press its stops but do not go to ip mode do not show
ip address.network lights goes off. Thanks

it is connected to network/router correct ?
