icefilms on dm800hd?

How do you install the plugin,it doe,s not seem to be an Ipk file.can you tell me how I put the plugin in the dreamuk image. usually I would install in the tmp file and install local media packge but this file seems to be a folder with a different structure .

unzip then ftp to your dreambox usr/lib/enigma2/python/plugins/extensions.

you need to ftp the icefilms_py26 folder.

next restart your box

Whats the quality like?
Does it work on most images? Im using dreamelite and new enigma 2.

quality is ok, does it work on all image, probably not, try it. if it doesnt work uninstall it

Hi lads icefilms have quite a large selection of hd movies, if your wireless chances are you will really struggle, if you can get it working properly and you like your movies, there nothing else, that can come close to it!
Must be prepared for a bit of waiting though while movies load up.

Was also crashing the Dreamelite box last night but thats a Ferrari sim box.
Mates got a sim2 M 801A on order will try that with Dreamelite Phoenix Edition and post back.
Dont look like Ice Films or 1 channel are very stable.

Ok ive cracked it ..Running Image sat4fun-1.0 for now ...Flash image -before you upload/download anything do the following

software update-reboot-software update again when thats done load in icefilms.Mine gave the green screen on the 1st loadup in plugins then was fine after that..This might work on most other images which are causing problems who knows

id advise to put in your tv bouquets etc...after icefilms is working
Only took 6 hrs..... man these dreamboxes should come with a years supply of asprins.....Rhurbarb

I managed to get icefilms working on Doods openPli image off this forum. It also runs 1channel and Tsonline ok.
Running on a Dm800pro with Newnigma in Flash and openpli in Barryallen. The links that that i have tried that do work on Icefilms are great quality.
