original dm 800hd? booting issue help

hi iv just got my hands on a dm 800 i think it could be a original as theres a dream sticker underneit with the hollagram on it , it has a booting issue when turning it on it seems to get stuck at the niablo darkstar picture and other times the tv screen just goes pink and a red light flashes on the front of the box , should i change the image ? or any suggestions cheers al
p.s the booting problem only happens sometimes cheers
