username and password filename question

I have changed providers for my DM500 enigma programming is there a file that I can change just the username and password and IP without reloading the image?

I am new to this so maybe I am not phrasing my question properly. I can login to the DMbox I just want to change the unername and password and the private server IP so I can receive their service. Is this the correct way of entering those settings. Also when I try to download addons from the blue panel I get a message the 404 server not found url http://download.blue-panel.com/gemin...0280/addon.xml
