Help - DM 800 HD pvr

I had an original post earlier but was deleted due to update on site.

My issue is my box has hung up while booting does not complete sim 201 team #84 comes up when starts goes to boot process i have Dream multimedia booting and progress bar but just hangs and does not load.

I also unplugged and plugged back in holding power on and it does bring up my Ip address in window.

is my box needed flashed ? and to flash my box do i need a null cable as i do not have one. if not how do i go about restoring it.

From my memory i had dream elite black hole v 1.0 and CCcam 2.2.1

Try a different power supply first.

Many thanks for your reply I will give that a try as family member has dreambox, however surely if its booting and hanging power is getting to it.
