TSMedia plugin, movie streaming, by mfaraj57

Good day folks. TSmedia looks to be a Very impressive plugin but I'm having a few
problems with it. I have a dm800hd se purchased a few months ago from the dreambox site
in the US. I've upgraded to openpli 3.0,installed tspanel, did the opkg update , & loaded
tsmedia from there. When I go into tsmedia the first selection "favorites" under movies
the first selection is "Jack...." & when I select it, the searching for servers screen
flashes & the box reboots. Same with all the movie selections in that group. When I select
the movies icon, the "1channel" icon, it returns the pages numbers but no movie listings
for any page number but I see from a previous post there maybe a problem with that selection.
When I select movie 2k, up comes the pages #'s & movie listings for that page but when I
select a movie, it get the movie server list & when I select one, up comes the media player,
waits a few seconds & returns to the movie server list. Also I'm not able to play any tv series
shows. I can get a few news stations, bbc,skynews & a few others but that's all. I know this
is long winded but I wanted give as much info as possible because I just don't know what's
going on. I live in Canada and am not sure if i'm blocked from these services or not. Any
help would be appreciated.

I find that when tsmedia is updated the "favourites" links dont work so I suggest you delete the movies , tv shows etc from your favourites and add your own ones every time you update . also dont delete every link leave one in each catagory then add ! 1 channel is down for now dont know whats gonna happen there !

Thanks for the response but I've never added anything to favorites, they were already in the plugin when it was installed. Actually I never got to the point where something worked to add to favorites.

possibly a compatability issue, a crashlog from your hdd will point you to what the conflict is mate,

Favorite section may include my favorites for testing,please delete all items in favorites and add yours
The mentioned problem occured with some movies due to problems in movies hosting servers but the problem is limited,your explanation for blocking is acceptable but you have to be sure by running the sites from your pc
1channel site has problems,but fixed in latest release 2.2

Thanks for the response but I've never added anything to favorites, they were already in the plugin when it was installed. Actually I never got to the point where something worked to add to favorites.

Because you didnt add to favourites the links in it may be faulty !? thats why its better to delete them and add your own ,1channel was not working so tv shows and 1channel film links were not working , icefilms can be unstable ( I can watch a hd movie in the morning with no problems but cant even get the same movie up that evening !! ) I don't really use much else so cant comment ! as mfaraj57 says update to 2.2 should help !! and let us know if it does !!

Typically user favorites should not be updated,but may forget to remove my favorites.xml from the package,there is backup function in favorites screen ,so better to backup your favorites before update and if replaced you can restore yours

see when i go into iptv, then iptv-feeds, then down to the sports and into any of the channels nothing really happens just brings up a think like its about 2 play a dvd and then nothing.

tried a couple times since but had no look, i see know theres a 2.3 update for tsmedia every time i try to update]
im getting green error screen and having to reboot, is anyone using 2.3 yet ?
and does anyone know why im shutting doen ?

Can't answer that one roblfcx5 but when i installed 2.3 last night I added a few tv shows to my favs then shut down....this mornin the box wouldn't boot properly and had a message saying "empty tuner" uninstalled tsmedia 2.3 and all is well now !! strange one , any ideas ?? maybe roll back a few versions
