dm800se tuner empty!

i have a new dm800se and after first use did a restart and now no any tuner can read!is empty!
it can see the tuner!
any solution?

Try removing the tuner and re-installing it.
Make sure it is well installed in the slot.

ftp channel list with dreambox edit reboot and try again it works for me

I have the same problem with my dm800se i tried everything on tye planet with no joy
I have ordered a new tuner and i will update you when i have tried it hopefully it will work

This can also be caused by flashing an image with incompatible Tuner Drivers
