motor turns very slow not enough power ?

hi im having a problem with my motor i have managed to set the lat-lon up pretty good and my motor seems to struggle to move to different satelittes, its like it isnt getting enough power and sounds like its struggling all the time , even if i manualy press the bottons on the motor its a hit or a miss wether it moves or not , it seems to move a bit better if the dish is pointing straight in line with the motor then struggles as the angle changes when switching satelittes, iv noticed when it changes from one sat to another it gets stuck half way and the orange light comes on, i have disabled any limits , checked the cables, tryed a different reciever, changed the power supply, everything seems good, it says in the motor manual that the reciever output power should be more than 350ma or more, i cant see any option on my dm800hdse for turning the motor power up and its doing my head in any suggestions ?

Logical step is to eliminate all possibilities first try another power supply in your Clone 800se, Different motor, different receiver altogether preferably one that is an original and not a clone
