    Hi,

    I was careless and I chose the wrong image file to flash to my Dreambox 800HD (clone) sim 2.01.

    Now when it powers on it gives me a message on the OSD

    "-->Error!
    Look at DM 7020 | dream-multimedia-tv.de
    Erro! No CA found

    I tried using DreamUP to flash a proper image, but I can't.
    It recognises the Dreambox and it says "uploading flash loader"
    Then it says "upload completed, waiting for acknowledge"
    and then nothing.

    Can anybody help me please?

      Get the right image for your box and use this to restore bootloader Digital Kaos - Downloads - Dreambox NO CA FOUND Repair Tool SIM2 EDition V2.5 then flash new image over browser.

          HD800 amateur needs help

          My dish got misaligned so I flashed my Dreambox using my iphone , and you've guessed it CA error.

          I have joined this forum to try and download dream up, and best image, but dont see to have access to download image. Also I have apple air mac and the stuff from official site can't be read on a mac.

          I am at the point of giving up, i have a rs232 cable , but the dream up i was uing could not identify the box.

          Should I just buy a new box.

          Please help

                  Read the rules go say hello and if your lucky you will find help .
                  Seriously though search the sat sectlon and type no ca found you will find all the answers.

                      Hello, sorry I did not say hello to start with, many thanks I will try , I am having problems with dream up. keeps asking to put box on when its already on?

                      I really do appreciate the help and apologies for all the basic questions.

                      You must get fed up with these types of questions.
