DM800HD PVR Stuck on "Starting" screen

Hi all, I am having a little problem with my DM800HD on Newnigma 2 3.2.2.

The display out is permanently "stuck" on the "STARTING" screen. (Please see attachment).

However, other than that, all other functionality is normal. I can still view everything via the web control. All my bouquets, settings, etc. are still intact and working as they should. I can stream everything to my computers just fine.

Could anyone kindly advise on what could have gone wrong and steps I can do to correct the failed Start?

some images boot to a "starting enigma" screen, a simple up or down button press on remote will give you the channel list, make sure your remote is on "dream" and check it works with a camera phone, you could also try to use the web interface remote to send a remote signal to box

Thank you sincerely for your help! You are right, I could access the channel list with the up/down button presses. Perhaps, the Starting Engima screen isn't the most intuitive; as I thought it was still in the process of booting up. Once again, thank you!

Yes,totally agree the screen is somewhat confusing as it leads the user in to believing the unit still has not booted fully, glad your sorted anyhow mate
