no ca found dm 800hd clone

hi people i couldnt find a post about this on my box as the search wasnt really bringing anything up? the problem is i am getting no ca found on my dm800 hd sombody was heloing me last week told me to grab something called ncf sim 2? but i didnt have the correct cable but now i have got it but dont really know what i am supposed to do ? please can sombody help me get my box working again? thanks craig

thanks for reply bud some how i managed to get lucky and fix it by myself clicked a few buttons clicked start and it seams to have worked ha just flashing new image now fingers crossed it is ok
