Sky Disney channel

Hi all, I have the skybox F3 and my brother has the dreambox DM800, how can he add the new Sky Disney channel?

Any advice appreciated, apologies for seeming dim (I actually am)

Tell him to do a manual scan on
system DVB-S2
Frequency 12382
symbol rate 29500
polarity Horizontal
FEC 3/4
and it will be in the all channel list.
