H i got no sound on all hd channels but sound on allthe rest ie sly 1hd no sound sly 1 no hd got sound can any one help please ( ps my grandson was watching some thing that was recorded on box wanted to come back to tv channels pressed help and then pressed do you want to leave this programme then press yes dont know if this is something that he has done ) thanks mial

Try yellow button on remote and change option there if the remote hasn't got an audio button.
Another option is to make sure both ends are pushed in on hdmi to dvi lead.
If that don't help try a scart lead and see if you get sound.
Will rule a few things out.
