    CrossEpg problem since changing bouquets

    Hi all,

    Everything was working fine on my DM800hd se until I changed Bouquets from SGTFlipflop to Catsye and now CrossEpg won't work. If I press the yellow button to download it will go to "Starting downloader", stay on that for a minute and then go back to the OpenTV selection. I must have read every thread about CrossEpg but still can't get it to work. I tried killing Enigma (via telnet) and deleting the epg.dat file. Now there is no epg.dat file so I created one but on restart of the box that disapears?

    Anyone have any ideas before I have to reflash?

      make sure your usb is mounted and initialized , then re-configure the settings in crossepg, I personally don't use opentv, just use the online rytec ones, in the xmltv catogary I tick rytec uk xmltv , then in the xepgdb cat I tick rytec uk xmltv again, schedule it to run daily at a convenient time and job done, works every time, any issues with these settings will would suggest a usb problem

          Thanks very much Southpaw! I should have said that I was using Crossepg with a HDD and not USB. I have just stuck a Usb in and followed your instructions and seems to work great! Only thing is I also have Hotbird and Sky Italia. I have downloaded the Rytec Italy XMLTV but it only fills up a couple of channels. Any ideas?

              sorry mate, cant help, my motorized dish stuck last year and I am too much of a sh1t house to get back up there, just 28.2 for me now until I can blag our kid its not that high

                      cross epg keeps reverting to internal flash

                      Is there a slution for this problem? Crossepg installed, and setup for usb. Download fine, but after that only internal flash option appears and when press device manager, the crash screen comes. Any idea for this???
