    Is it possible to make an exact copy of one dm800 to another dm800?

      There is an Image backup function built into TSpanel so you should be able to use this and do a full backup of your current image

              More tha n likely you will need either an internal hard drive or an external one or even a USB stick just to be on the safe side, and yes you can specify where it backups too.
