Do I need a New Tuner for my Sunray DM800SE

    Hi All,
I have a Sunray dm800SE Box which is fitted with a ?Tuner A: BCM5405 (DVB-S2)? as described with TS Panel, with Sim2-84b-r0.
However on HD channels I get glitches-signal breakups.
Do I need a new tuner if so what is recommended.
    Many Thanks Whimick

Thanks for your reply, I only watch FTA channels.
And BBC's HD can glitch quite often, my signal strength is about 75%.
I read there are other Tuners available, which is the best?

The tuner you have now should not give you any problems as it is a match for the BCM4505 board that is in the 800se, if your still having problems contact your supplier and ask to see if you can exchange it, other one to consider is the Alps 801a
