Dreambox 800 HD Clone: frequent freezing after repair

Some weeks ago I encountered the typical "Tuner A: Empty" issue, after opening the case to check on the fan that made too much noise all of the sudden.

Right after that, I had the "CA Error" one, not being able to boot, after trying to install a non-suitable image. Could in no way use Dreamup, so I sent it back to the store and they fixed it and Dreambox is functioning again.

BUT, now TV image is freezing (equally in all chanels, HD or normal) in the rate of once in a minute, which is of course unbearable. The thing is that I have an identical Dreambox like mine that I use in same TV (same cables/connection/server/sim/image etc) that is working perfectly fine, so I know it's not a server issue, neither an internet connection/bandwidth one. I had problems with this Dreambox from the beginning but blamed a bad dish installment. I've made a much better one 3 months ago and freezings stopped, so all worked normal.

Any ideas? Overheating maybe (since it all started with the fan noise, in any case...)?

Try dircting an external fan at your box and see if the problem goes away.
If overheating is the problem, you can fix a heatsink on the box processor as well as installing a computer fan.

Also check to see if any capacitor has changed size or colour. If so then you can get it replaced.
