Backing up image with usb

Hello im running blackhole 1.79 and id like to back up my image i use to use flash wizard pro on my old eagle box is there a way it can be done like that because when i go into device manager it says searching for devices and then says sorry your box has encountered a software problem and needs to reboot.

Blackhole has its own built in Backup manager which can be found in the main menu system, you can either do a personal backup or a full backup from the menu
