Hi Mial. You will loose everything you have setup yourself, it will leave you with the image you originally flashed. Why do you want to do that? you are probably better off flashing a fresh image.
Also you may want to find a more up to date set of Bouquets mate sgtflipflops are no longer updated.

How do you go about updating the bouquets I've had sgt flipflops list a good bit now,
Can it be done just via remote or
Do you need a cable & lappy ?

Yes you will loose everything on the box as 00360362878 said.
make a copy of your Sea lion.
for up to date Bouquets you can use plugin "autobouquets E2" can easily install from TS panel.
