advice on buying a vu+duo clone or original or how to spot a clone

hi ther i quite fancy a vu duo , i have heard to watch out for clones as the psu in them dont last , at the moment i have a dreambox 800hdse with wifi (clone), so i was thinking of selling it to fund the vu as i quite like the dual tuner , ther is a seller on ebay selling the vu and he says they are original but the price seems a bit cheap for original ?240 , id like to ask him some questions to see if i can catch him out but have no knowledge so can anyone advise ? here is the link - VU+ DUO Original CERU - Genuine & Guaranteed Best deal VUPLUS DUO | eBay

better off buying from a reputable source like wos or lavatronics to be safe and get a warranty,free postage??

The seller you quoted in the Ebay ad is actually Hi-Sat and i can confirm he does not sell clones and he is about as reputable as all the other UK dealers so no fear there

if you read the forum recently then you might think again to buy such expensive receiver. cs might stop in a month or so. and even using ur official card in these box might not work due to new pairing technology comming to force very soon.
