Dreambox 800 Freezing/Glitching on some SKY UK HD channels

Hi guys I'm new on here but have been reading some of the great advice and tutorials on here for about a month now and decided to see if anyone can help me with my glitching issue. I have tried almost everything. My DM800 clone is running Blackhole dreamElite 1.33d V3 on sim 2.01 but did initially have it running on nemesis 2.4 but it was glitching even more then it is now. I have 2 dishes running with it atm Astra 28.2 i.e sky UK and Hotbird 13. On Hotbird some channels like Canal + HD do glitch but not as much as the skysports HD channels, E4 HD , Sky movies HD and even ITV2HD. I tried many servers about 6 now and they all freeze. This current one freezes less then the others and the guy even gave me 3 clines but on some days it freezes alot and i have tried switching the order of the clines and the numbering beside them but with not much effect. The guy has told me that it doesn't freeze for anyone else and quiet frankly he seems to be getting pissed off with me. I updated the xml file , tried a new cat 6 cable but nothing. Could anyone please tell me if it is actually the server or if it is my internet connection or something else and how I could resolve the issue.
