Boxkey not clearing premium channels on dreambox 800 hd E2

Please can someone help me, I am going crazy here. All I need is to get my dreambox 800 hd to be able to read my sky card. I am ready to wipe off every config and start again.

I am using DE BH image for sim201 - shoulld I change this?
I used cccam to no avail and was pointed to use oscam. This is becoming a nightmare, but I am sure that it has to do with something I may be doing wrong as my card works fine on sky box.

Please forum, do not give up on me. I am new and this is my first experience, and believe me when I say that I have taken out time to read other threads before I started my set up.

Please someone come to my rescue with either CCCAM or OSCAM. My card cannot be different me think.

try using the open pli image for your box. all cams/oscam can be d/loaded from the addons included in the image

stick to ccc#m mate,much easier to get started (use latest 2.3) , your config needs the following
BOXKEY: /dev/sci0 xx xx xx xx (enter your boxkey)
ALLOW WEBINFO: yes
WEBINFO LISTEN PORT : 16001
WEBINFO USERNAME : user
WEBINFO PASSWORD : pass
SERVER LISTEN PORT : xxxxx

Ok then now i know your using Dream Elite Blackhole image then simply uninstall all your cams and install this one. This is the Blackhole one for your image Unzip and send the file to /tmp and do a manual .ipk install via the menu you may still have to use the Configs i posted earlier in the thread

Thanks digicon, I have already re flashed my box with nemesis 2. now I an even get the bloody cccam2.3.0 to install manually. does not look like an executable to be seen on blue panel...

Please doe anyone out there know where I can get cccam an executable cccam2.3 that can be updated from blue pannel. Once I unzip the files, FTP does not transfer the file anymore from right to left.

Please does anyone use nemesis 2.3 out there?? I dont see my cccam2.3 to select as softcams, all I can see is DCCamd whatever that means.

I managed to install the ipk file and rebooted the box

I have now gone back to status quo as you are quite willing to see me succeed. I have re flashed with dream elite BH again (as a matter of fact I prefer the interface),
Once I finish my scan, I will install your packages and come back to you. I am determined to crack this with your help. Please do not give up on me.

Hello Southpaw and digicon,

Many thanks for your help today and in fact it has been a long day for me here. It has been up and downs as I ran into more problems after re flashing different images.

Now I am on my feet again and can now watch only FTA as it were. All premium channels are not clearing.

Summary of my config:

Sim201 DE BH
CCCAM 2.1.4
Cccam.cfg configured with boxkey!!, server port, smartcard freq 3570000
Telnet/Web info allowed with user/password

I can see my entitlements which tells me that the card is being read in the right slot sci0.

Could this be that sly has disabled my boxkey or serial number? Has anyone successfully used cccam to clear channels in recent months?? Lest I forget, I have two serial numbers on the back of my sky box the one on the left (17 digit - last digit is alphabet) says NDS, while the one on the right says Sky (16 digit only).

I used the 17 digit to generate the boxkey but is that correct??

I an not 100% sure but don't think that version of ccc#m clears premium stuff, that's why I suggested the latest version, the box key is generated with the 4exxxxxxxxxxxxxxx 17 digit number, today try and install tspanel, as it has all the goodies on the server (tip, install an older tspanel 4. Version as it seems to install without hitch) you can then install the latest cam, configure your config file like i posted earlier and you should be there, if not, you may have been affected by the latest sly pairing tech, which is currently being rolled out, try the above before worrying about that tho, good luck mate

Btw, keep your config simple to get started, just use the text I posted earlier, enter your box key and the port number, you don't even need the web info, user / pass , telnet, frequency text just yet, update the cam to 2.2.1 or 2.3 and see what you got

Thank you SouthPaw, Good news is that I have successfully installed TSPannel 4.9 and updated to cccam3.0 with ease. I now followed your instructions religiously but the channels STILL does not clear.

What is the other way around this guys? Or are my the first victim?? Maybe I request another card, will that help?

Just as a matter of interest do you clear any of your other channels such as the General entertainment, Documentary's etc...

There is no version 3 , you mean 2.3? , and you put your 8 digit box key in config file right? Like so 12 34 56 78, and make sure you have set your default cam to this latest one,
A new card won't help , an older box may but you may have missed something silly here so one step at a time,

Yes, I mean version 2.3 mate. I clear every other channels entertainments, kids and the like but no sports, movies or hd channels. I set my default cam to 2.3 and rebooted the box several times. already.
