SKY stooped working

Hi Guys,
Im not sure if anyone else is having the same problem that I am but, on either Friday or Saturday, My DM800se, DM800, DM500s cannot view the enrcypted channels, I have a genuine sky subscription, all of a sudden I cant watch encrypted channels, I have got out my Sky box and all works there but nothing I do will work on the DM's.

I have checked all of the CCcam files and all are correct.
I have checked and restarted all of the cams.
I have checked the boxkey.

Have any of you guys come across this and if so can you please point me in the right direction on what I should be looking at?.
