backup problems dm800hd

hi can anybody help me i am trying to connet to my dm800hd thru dreamup ver 1.331 and 4 but i can never connect to my box i then try using flash wizard pro 6.3 but when i go to back up it just hangs saying reading jffs 2 partion.

i am using open pli 2.1 beta and windows 7

i would be very greatful if anyone could help cheers

Where are you backing up to? Make sure the path is correct. If your box is DM800hd, I assume it is to USB or external hard drive! Why not install Tspanel and use the flashbackup? Never had a problem with this! Also try filezilla as your FTP client, I am sure if you follow the filezilla instructions and imput the correct IP address you will be able to connect to your box. Maybe you need to read a few tutorials? Just a suggestion.
