DM800 HD Identify sim

I am trying to recover a dm800hd no ca error , does this number of times before but this particular one has the sim card glued down so i cant tell which sim it is and the top part is covered by the sim holder it doesnt have a bubble which rules out the sim 2.01 the dm has started to display on the screen dream error see dm7020.com which seems odd

use dreamup it will not flash the wrong image mate
it will stop telling u file not valid

I think ive figured out which sim it is a estar sim dont know which version what do I have to do differently to recover the no ca error? I use optiflasher normally on sim2

I had this priblem some weeks ago , i was putting a hdd into my dm800 and when I tried to boot I got the same msg .....turns out I must have loosened the ribbon of wires behind the oled screen gave it a little push in and that sorted it ! could be something that simple
