Dreambox 800 se Tune failed (even of FTA) & showing the wrong time

I noticed this morning that I was unable to view any programmes even FTA channels said 'tune failed' not tuner, also the time is on 12:00 whenever I try the reboot the machine. Anyone had this happen before and was able to resolve it?

had a similar issue, it turned out to be the tuner had slightly dislodged (probably when connecting sat cable). open it up and from front of box push tuner to the right, when its pushed all the way home tighten the retaining nut on the back plate to keep it in place
