dm800se wont connect to dreamboxedit

hi guys I have a dm800se and I had to do a factory reset on my pc and lost every thing I have reinstalled dreamboxedit and now it will not connect to dreamboxedit but it will connect to dcc using the same ip I can ftp telnet and send ipk packages. seems like something simple any help will be appreciated. thanks

I have this working now sorry I don't no what the problem was but it is connecting now thanks
