Can you guys help on this .... Dreambox not picking up all channels

Hi I have dreambox 800 HD .

Somehow most of channels have disappeared , i Have done full scan yet they won't show up .

Say the above many channels are coming , the cline and sub is all ok as well .

The dish is very high so no way to check it physically .

Can someone tell me

1 . What could be wrong .
2 . How to check dish is OK for SKY UK .

When I go to channels that are missing they are not at all showing nothing , that is no epg , nothing and its says check Service unable check tuner configuration .

Tuner is set up to Astra 28.2E as been always and its still picking many channel out of sky package paid and free both . But most are not coming .

are the channels that you have missing could they be gone now/renamed check here for more info as you could do a manual scan to check.

Thanks no all channels can't be gone , I am in Ireland , Is there any major changes to BSKYB in last 1 or 2 days ?

try going into guide into all channels usually the red button search to channels youve not got, if there & working, highlight menu & add service to bouquet
then enable move mode

Is there any way to tell by strength of signal that dis is aligned ok for Astra 28.2 from the box it self . I can see the value but not sure what are the best values .

ireland is still working for the moment ,do you get any funny names on scanned channels as if you scanned wrong sat?

No Not any funny names just the channels are not working and doing full scan is not picking them up as well .

install @rats auto-updater plug-in and put on the latest list... if you are still getting no signal/poor signal(under 50% SQ) then the dish is out/lnb/water in cable ect. regards mdt

I have got serious doubts although I am complete noob that either my dish has moved or tuner is messing around as even on free channels part are working and part are not .

dishes do move in extreme weather but we have not had that yet,any trees in line of sight,no rain yet thats tonight/tomorrow.follow mdts advice with new channel list,out of curiousity when did you do the scan?
