Hope somebody can shed some light on this, while watching my box the other night the picture just went off, I restarted the box and all my channels were blacked out. I went to tuner configuration and selected simple as I only have it connected to a fixed dish at 28east, I had a message nothing connected, I figured my tuner was broken so I bought another from eBay but still get the same 'nothing connected' message even with the new tuner.


anybody have an idea what the problem could be? I did notice the new tuner was different in that it has a loop through where my original tuner didn't. I have plugged in an old sky box which works fine so have eliminated the problem of the dish or lnb being faulty

have you tried re-flashing the image just in case

I hadn't thought of doing that, I bought the box already setup with an image so would appreciate it if somebody can point me at a decent guide :-)

Actually scrub that :-) I've managed to figure it out, just flashing with pli image now, fingers crossed :-)
