Subtitles are ALWAYS on!!! PLEASE HELP!!

    Subtitles are ALWAYS on!!! PLEASE HELP!!

    Hey guys, in a spot of bother.

    I am running my dm800 using Gemini 5.1 image. Very good as it is, I am having a constant problem with subtitles being run on the channel.

    I know how to turn off subtitles using the audio button but these subtitles are those that are in built when watching s#y uk. I am confused and just dont know how to de-activate them.

    Once again, please do not get confused with what I am trying to say. These subtitles are NOT those that are turned on and off using the dm800 remote. The subtitles are those that are in built from s#y and I just dont know how to turn them off!!!

      Its a little hard to understand exactly what you mean as Subtitles are not forced on any channel they are part of the Stream that is broadcast along with the Video and different audio options including the Narrative option all of which can be turned off either via the remote button or in the main menu of your image, If your getting subtitles on every program on every channel then this is a problem with the image on the box and the bouquet's.

              I had the same ,I think i reflashed the image in the end...
